Abstract Submission
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
  • Abstracts must be written, submitted, and presented in English, typed in Microsoft Word, Arial font of size 12.
  • Each abstract must not exceed a maximum word count of 300 words for original studies and 200 words for case reports (excluding the abstract title, authors, and affiliations).
  • The decision of the abstract review committee regarding the acceptance of an abstract is final.
  • To submit an abstract, registration for the conference is mandatory for the presenting author.
  • Abstracts accepted for presentation at the conference will be listed on the conference website.
  • Instructions regarding oral/paper presentation and e-poster presentation will be made available on the conference website.
  • All correspondence will be sent only to the submitting author, who must forward any relevant information to the presenting author.
  • Deadline for abstract submission is 23:59 hours IST, 14th February 2025. No changes or revisions will be allowed after the deadline.
  • Notification for abstract acceptance will be sent on the email of the submitting/presenting author.


Abstract Content Rules:
  • All authors must provide institution information including institution, city, state/ province, and country name.
  • A category for each abstract must be selected during the submission process.
  • Abstracts for original studies should be structured in 4 sections as follows:
    • Aims and Objectives:
    • Materials and method:
    • Results:
    • Conclusion:
      (Figures, tables, and other illustrations should be excluded from the abstract)
  • Case reports can also be submitted for e-poster presentation in the following format:
    • Introduction
    • Description
    • Conclusion
  • Authors should use a concise title that reflects the content of the abstract. Abbreviations should be avoided in the title. The title should not be more than 25 words.
  • Efforts should be made to avoid abbreviations in the body of the abstract. If used, it should be expanded at the first mention, and subsequently the abbreviation can be used.
  • Only non-proprietary names of drugs must be used in the abstract.
  • References are not required in the abstract.
  • Abstracts not presented previously will be preferred.
  • The completed abstract must be submitted as a single PDF at the designated portal.
  • If the work was funded by a commercial organization, this must be disclosed in a brief acknowledgment at the end of the abstract. Other sources of funding may also be acknowledged similarly.
  • Submitting multiple abstracts that describe different components of the same study is not permitted. All findings from the same study should be presented within a single abstract.
  • Submitting an abstract implies acknowledgment that the work described complies with current ethical standards and regulations in biomedical research. The abstract will be rejected in case of failure to adhere to these standards.

The top 3 abstracts in each category will be selected for oral presentation.
